Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product packaging has been opened.

A return will only be considered if:

  • The product is unused

  • The product is in its original sealed packaging

  • The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery

  • You provide clear photos and an unboxing video as proof

If the seal is broken or the product has been used, the item is not eligible for return under any circumstances.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product was missing from your order

After verification, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds if:

  • The product has been opened or used

  • The return request is made after the allowed time window

  • The customer provides an incorrect shipping address

  • Delivery failed due to customer unavailability


Replacement Policy

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on stock availability.
